Terms
Wheel of Vibe Coding is a satirical game operated by Tim Cadenbach, a sole trader trading as Cordango ("Cordango", "we", "us"). When you use the game or buy anything on it, you are contracting with Cordango, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country. See also our Privacy Notice.
The game
Generated apps, companies, owners, events, scores, and incidents are fictional. Similarity to real organisations or people is coincidental. Do not treat game content as factual, professional, security, or legal advice.
Accounts and claims
You may spin without an account. An account and payment are required to claim an app. Claims are public acknowledgements inside the game only. They confer no ownership of any software, intellectual property, domain, security, or other real-world asset, and have no resale or redemption value. A previous claimant receives no payment when another person takes over a claim.
Your content
You remain responsible for names, comments, links, and sponsor copy you submit. You must have the right to submit them and must not impersonate others, mislead visitors, infringe rights, distribute malware, or post illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, or spam content.
Moderation
We may edit, reject, hide, or remove submitted names, comments, links, claims, or sponsor content when they are harmful, illegal, misleading, offensive, infringing, or spam. Such moderation may occur without notice and does not entitle you to a refund.
Refunds
Claims and takeovers are part of the game: when someone pays more to take over an app you claimed, that is the game working as designed — it is not a loss of purchase and does not entitle you to a refund. All purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, except where a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law. Because claims are digital items delivered instantly, you expressly waive any withdrawal right once your payment completes, except where applicable law does not allow such a waiver. One exception: if we reject or remove a sponsor slot during review before it goes live, we refund it in full. Where a refund does apply, email tim@cordango.com; refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Sponsors
Sponsored encounters are labelled. Paying does not guarantee approval of proposed copy or continued placement where these terms are breached. Any campaign-specific scope, timing, and price shown during purchase also apply.
Payment and orders
Payments are processed by Stripe; card and billing details are collected by Stripe and never touch our servers. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. All purchases here are one-off; we do not sell subscriptions or recurring plans.
Intellectual property
Cordango owns, or licenses, the service and everything in it: the software, the generator and its written content, the design, the databases, and the Wheel of Vibe Coding and Cordango names and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, or circumvent technical limits of the service. You keep any rights in content you submit and grant Cordango a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it in the game.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, your account, a claim, or a sponsor placement, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay or reverse a payment, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our content rules. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends and published content associated with you may be removed.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordango is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms when the game or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
